Thank you for shopping with us. We always strive to ensure that each transaction made on our website is smooth & hassle free. We take great care in delivering our products and use the highest quality standards. All our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store/storage facilities.


All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns, cancellations or refunds on our items. This policy applies to all purchases made on our website.

Exceptions

  • In the unlikely event that a different product has been delivered to you than the one you purchased, or if the product has a genuine defect then we are open to discuss your problem and re-fulfill your order. Such items must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with clear videos & photos of the damage and packaging. Please make sure to have a full unpacking or unboxing video without which we will not be able to consider your request. 

  • We reserve the right to deny replacements if the reported timeframe is not met, or the damage appears to be caused by misuse, or if there is no complete unpacking video that shows the entire unopened package being carefully opened from a sealed state, and the alleged damage to the item being clearly visible within the video.

  • Orders may be cancelled by us and the full amount refunded to you in 8 to 10 working days in situations for example when we are not able to process you order due to stock shortage or other unforeseen discrepancy.

  • Carefully measure your space before purchasing to ensure items will fit appropriately. Please keep a tolerance of ± 5% in the weight & size.
